My son is very picky and refuses to eat vegetables. We tried this as a new alternative just to get in some greens! Now we sprinkle it on everything, and he’s loving it! Not sure how effective it is but it helps to introduce him to new flavors and get used to veggies.
This product feels a bit like a gimmick, but my family has been eating it without issue, so as long as it provides some decent nutrition, I'm happy with it. I like adding it to our breakfast omelets because it's easy to do it while the eggs are cooking. It's mostly flavorless. My only con would be that the powder does tend to blow up into the air when opening the bag, so you will inevitably breathe some of it in. Again, no issues so far, but it's a very fine powder similar to powdered teas and things like that.
Nutritional value is good, but it does alter the flavor profile of foods it's mixed with, and not necessarily in a favorful way. Should probably be used in dishes that begin with a fair layer of spices (e.g., lentil dal) and not dishes that are merely creamy (e.g., mac & cheese) if you want them to taste as good with the added powder as without.
I got these because I want to boost the nutrition my kids get. They're not necessarily picky eaters, but everyone can use more veggies and probiotics. The pea protein is a nice bonus as it's important for growing kids. I add this to most of their main dishes and they can't even tell a difference. I'm just happy knowing they're getting more nutrition!

And the flavor is pretty easily concealed by whatever your main dish is.The nutritional information is very clear and easy to read. It is well rounded nutritionally, which is a huge positive.Very easy to add, and feel good about the nutrition it provides.
