Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Method:
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, minced garlic, spring onion and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost.
- Cut the 4 sides of the bread slices diagonally, without fully cutting through to the edge.
- Spread the mixture on the bread slices and fold in the cut sides inwards to create the windmill shape.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake 10min at 180c.
