Windmill Garlic Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Method:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, minced garlic, spring onion and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost.
  2. Cut the 4 sides of the bread slices diagonally, without fully cutting through to the edge.
  3. Spread the mixture on the bread slices and fold in the cut sides inwards to create the windmill shape.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake 10min at 180c.
