Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- For serving: Lettuce, sliced cheese, sliced chicken breast, avocado, cherry tomatoes, greek yoghurt sauce (optional)
Method:
- In a blender or food processor, place the cottage cheese, eggs and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost. Blend until smooth
- Spread on a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat for easier rolling when baked.
- Bake for 20 minutes (or until completely set). Let cool for a couple of minutes while prepping the ingredients for the filling.
- Fill the wrap and roll. Cut in half and enjoy with your favourite dipping sauce!
