Ingredients
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 2 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost
• 1 tbsp date syrup (or maple, or honey)
• 1 cup milk of choice
• Toppings: chocolate chips, raspberries, whipped cream (or your favourites!)
Method:
1. Combine the chia seeds and Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost in a medium bowl.
2. Pour the milk in and whisk to combine. Add the date syrup or sweetener of choice. Let the mixture rest for 15 min to partially thicken.
3. Stir again, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hs (or overnight).
