Hidden Veggie Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Orange + 1/2 Mango + 1 Carrot + 1/2 cup cashew milk (or milk of choice) + 1 tbs Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
Method:
- Peal the fruits and veggies, then blend all the ingredients together and serve.
Potato Wedges w/ sprinkled Veggie Boost
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes + 1 1/2 tsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost + low fat cooking spray
Method:
- Wash potatoes and cut lengthwise into wedges (8 per potato). Place on a baking sheet and spray with the oil. Add Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and mix well. Bake for 40min or until crisp.
Pumpkin cream cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cream cheese + 1/4 cup pumpking puree + 1 tbs Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whip until smooth. Serve with crackers or on toast.
Veggie Boost Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas (or dried garbanzo beans soaked overnight) + 1 tbsp Tahine + 1tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients together and serve with celery stalks, carrots or cucumber sticks.
