Ingredients
- 1 can tuna
- 1/2 small onion
- 100g mozzarella or shredded cheese blend
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- For serving: veggies as cucumber, carrots, celery, crackers, etc.
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180c.
- Drain the tuna and chop the onion.
- Add the tuna, chopped onion, shredded mozzarella (reserve a handful for later), cream cheese, mayonnaise and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost.
- Grease a small baking dish and pour the mixture in.
- Top with the reserved mozzarella and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve as a warm dip, with cucumber, carrot and celery sticks, crackers or tortilla chips.
