Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup cashew chestnuts
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup dried mango / bananas / pineapple
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- Chopped papaya
- 1 tbspoon Mavella Superfoods Body Boost
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180c. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, cashews, flax seeds, maple, coconut oil and Mavella Superfoods Body Boost.
- Stir to combine well and spread onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Serve the granola over yogurt and top with chopped papaya.
