Thumbprint PB&J Cookies

Ingredients

Method:

  1. Mix the almond flour, peanut butter, egg, maple syrup and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost in a large bowl until a dough is formed.
  2. Make balls with your hands and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Press the middle of each ball with your thumb and fill the hole with raspberry jam.
  4. Bake at 180c for 10-12 minutes.
