Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup frozen sweetcorn
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp honey (or your favourite sweetener)
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
- Toppings: sliced cheese, fruits and veggies.
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender (except for the toppings) and blend until smooth.
2. Heat the skillet and cook the pancakes until browning on each side.
3. Serve and add toppings.
