Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup diced bacon (or ham)
- 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- 1 tbsp chopped chives (optional)
Method:
- Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Cook and scramble the eggs.
- Add the diced bacon or ham and the grated mozzarella and sauté for a couple of minutes. Set aside.
- Place the oats in the skillet and toast for a minute or two, then add Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and mix until well distributed. Add the water and cook until creamy.
- Serve the oatmeal with the scrambled eggs and garnish with chopped chives (optional).
