Ingredients
- 60g Mascarpone cheese
- 80g whipping cream
- 10g icing sugar
- Ladyfingers
- 2 shots espresso
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown - Beetroot
- Cacao for sprinkling
Method:
- In a small bowl, mix together the mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, icing sugar and Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown Beetroot.
- Place a couple of ladyfingers on a tray and cut out 3 round layers to fill the mug.
- Fill the mug by layering the ladyfingers and the cream filling.
- Prepare the espresso directly over the mug or pour it on top.
- Pipe the rest of the cream filling on top and sprinkle with cacao.
- You can enjoy it warm or place in the refrigerator for later!
