Pumpkin Spice Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup butternut squash puree
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup almond milk 
  • 1 tsp almond butter 
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger 
  • 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods  - Mango

Method:

  1. In a high powered blender, add all the ingredients and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, or until well combined.
  2. Add more almond milk to thin as desired.
  3. Garnish with granola / oats and pumpkin seeds.
