Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cardamom
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods - Mango
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180c and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place the oats, seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, sea salt and Mavella Superfoods Mango in a bowl and stir well.
- In a smaller bowl, place the pumpkin puree, coconut oil and honey and heat the mixture until the coconut has melted and everything is combined.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the first mixture and stir, making sure everything gets coated evenly.
- Spread the granola onto the sheet pan and bake about 35 minutes, stirring a couple of times during the baking step
