Pumpkin Spice Frappé

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream 
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pumpkin spice: 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown - Spinach
  • Handful of ice cubes

Method: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  2. Stop to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Pour into glasses. You can top with whipped coconut cream + cinnamon
