Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- For serving: butter, garlic, herbs.
Method:
- Pour the flour on the counter and add Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost on top.
- Mix with your fingers until distributed while making a well.
- Place the pumpkin puree in the center and fold in the flour until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough into long thin rolls, then cut into about 1cm thick.
- Roll the pieces over a gnocchi board (or use a fork) for the ridges.
- Let them dry on the counter for a couple minutes while boiling water in a pan.
- Cook the gnocchi in boiling water in small batches. They’re ready when they start floating to the surface.
- You can sauté with garlic, butter & herbs or with your favourite sauce!
