Ingredients
- 2 medjool Dates, pitted
- 1 frozen Bananas
- 1 cups Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 4g Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Beauty
- Toppings: Sliced strawberries, Raspberries, Almonds, Chia seeds
Method:
- Place the dates in a bowl and fill with boiling water. Set aside.
- After 10-15 min, place in a blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve the smoothie onto two bowls and top with fresh strawberries, raspberries, almonds, chia seeds and mint.
