Ingredients
- 110g tapioca flour
- 110g water
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Spinach
Method:
- Mix the tapioca flour, water and Mavella Superfoods Spinach until no lumps remain. Beat in the egg, olive oil and grated parmesan and whisk until combined.
- Pour the batter onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 180c for about 25 min until crispy
