Ingredients

Method:

  1. Mix the tapioca flour, water and Mavella Superfoods Spinach until no lumps remain. Beat in the egg, olive oil and grated parmesan and whisk until combined.
  2. Pour the batter onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 180c for about 25 min until crispy
