Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1tbsp coconut oil
- Sprinkle of sea salt
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods - Spinach
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
2. You can either use rectangle silicone molds or a square baking pan lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool completely before getting out of the molds or cutting into bars
