Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- 1 tbsp Tapioca flour/starch
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg (optional)
- 2 cups your favorite dried pasta
Method:
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions and set aside. Reserve a couple tbsp of pasta water.
- Preheat a skillet on low heat and add the milk, pumpkin puree, cream cheese and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and stir until everything is combined.
- Add the tapioca flour/starch and mix well until creamy and “cheesy”.
- Toss the pasta into the sauce, if needed, add the reserved pasta water if needed to thin the sauce out.
- Serve warm with grated Parmesan and a couple of herbs if desired.
