Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey / maple
- 1 tbsp Australian Grown - Mixed Berries
- 1 cup dried berries
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180c.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients (except Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown Mixed Berries).
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients until smooth and drizzly.
- Combine the two mixtures, then pour the whole thing onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press down firmly into a single layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes, rotating the baking sheet halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let cool and harden for about 20 minutes.
- Once cool, break the granola with a spoon and mix with Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown Mixed Berries. Store in an airtight container.
