Mini Calzone

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
  • crushed pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon Italian dried herbs
  • 50g butter chopped
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Tomato paste
  • Ham
  • Pizza Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of Mavella Body Boost

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  • Pat dry crushed pineapple
  • Sift flour and Body Boost  in large bowl
  • Stir in dried herbs
  • Add butter
  • Mix butter into mixture
  • Make well in centre
  • Add milk
  • Form and knead dough
  • Separate dough in half
  • Spread to thin layer
  • Spread on tomato paste
  • Add ham, pineapple and cheese
  • Other half of dough spread to thin layer and lay over top
  • Cut into strips and squares and press dough on edges
  • Bake for 15 minutes
