Ingredients
- 15 whole almonds
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut + more for coating
- 200g condensed milk
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods - Mango
Method:
1. Toast the almonds in a pan slightly, transfer to a plate and let them cool.
2. Add the condensed Milk to a bowl and mix Mavella Superfoods Mango into it.
3. Add the shredded coconut and mix well. Let the mixture sit for a couple of minutes so the shredded coconut absorbs the liquid.
4. Take about a tbsp of the mixture in your hand and place an almond in the center. Roll into a ball.
5. Coat the balls by rolling them in 15 whole almonds shredded coconut. Place in
the refrigerator until ready to eat
