Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 125ml coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut cream (or greek yogurt)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown - Mango
- Coconut flakes, mint, flowers, etc as toppings
Method:
- In a large bowl, mix together the seeds, honey and coconut milk. Pour into jars or cups and place in the fridge for 1 hs. Stir it once or twice so it sets evenly.
- Mix Australian Grown - Mango with the coconut cream thoroughly and set aside.
- Take the jars out from the fridge and top with the Mango coconut cream. Decorate with coconut flakes, edible flowers, mint, flaked almonds or your favorite
