Ingredients:
- 1 bottle QG Plum Nectar
- 1/2 Cup of Raspberries (organic)
- 2 caps of Oxygen @mysupercells
- 1 Cup of water (alkaline or distilled)
- 2 Tspns Mavella Immune Boost
- 1 qtr tspn Monkfruit
- 2 tspn Bee Pollen
- 2 tspn Chia seeds
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients and place in ice block molds and freeze.
