Ingredients
- 1 cup garbanzo beans
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods - Spinach
- 1 tsp tahini
- Olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes
- Olives
- Ham
Method:
- Place the garbanzo beans, lemon juice, tahini, garlic and Mavella Superfoods Spinach in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- For serving, place a bowl in the middle of a plate and serve the hummus around it.
- Drizzle olive oil around it. You can sprinkle with more Mavella Superfoods Spinach on top.
- Place the chopped parsley, cherry tomatoes, olives and create a bow with the ham
