Ingredients
For the cookie
- 200g all purpose flour
- 60g icing sugar
- 100g cold butter, cut into cubes
- 1 egg
- 2 Cups milk of choice
- 1 tb spoon Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost
- 1 tb spoon chocolate chips
- 1 tb spoon sugar (optional)
Method:
For the cookie
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, icing sugar and butter with your hands, add the egg and keep integrating the dough.
- Place the dough in plastic wrap and press to 3mm thickness with a rolling pin.
- Place it in the fridge for about an hour.
- When ready, get the dough out of the fridge and start cutting the strips. Start creating a big lattice shape and use a mug to cut out the circles.
- Pop in the fridge for half an hour, then bake for 10 min at 180c.
For the hot chocolate
- Meanwhile, place milk in a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat, be careful not to let it boil.
- When the milk is hot, add Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost and the chocolate chips and whisk well until combined
