Hot Chocolate with Cookie Lid

Ingredients

For the cookie

  • 200g all purpose flour
  • 60g icing sugar
  • 100g cold butter, cut into cubes
  • 1 egg
For the hot chocolate

Method:

For the cookie

  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, icing sugar and butter with your hands, add the egg and keep integrating the dough.
  2. Place the dough in plastic wrap and press to 3mm thickness with a rolling pin.
  3. Place it in the fridge for about an hour.
  4. When ready, get the dough out of the fridge and start cutting the strips. Start creating a big lattice shape and use a mug to cut out the circles.
  5. Pop in the fridge for half an hour, then bake for 10 min at 180c.

For the hot chocolate

  1. Meanwhile, place milk in a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat, be careful not to let it boil.
  2. When the milk is hot, add Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost and the chocolate chips and whisk well until combined
