Ingredients
- 2 cups canned coconut milk
- 2 tsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 400g whipping cream
Method:
1. Heat the coconut milk, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, nutmeg, coconut oil and honey in a small saucepan until starting to boil. Set aside until cool.
2. Beat the whipping cream until hard peaks form.
3. When the golden milk is cooler, dissolve Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut into it, then fold in the whipped cream.
4. Pour the ice cream batter into a freezable container and freeze until solid
