Ingredients
For the dough:
- 130ml boiling water
- 40g butter
- Pinch of sea salt
- 250g all-purpose flour
Butter Spread:
- 40g butter
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
Method:
- Make all the ingredients for the dough in a stand mixer for about 7 minutes, until a soft dough forms. Let rest on the counter until cool to the touch.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut squares. Take two oposite sides and stretch the squares. Cut a triangle off of one side and fold inwards to create the witch hat.
- Melt the butter and pour into a small bowl. Add the chopped garlic and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost to the bowl and mix until combined.
- Place the witch hats on a baking tray and brush with the butter spread. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Serve with your favorite dips or hummus! Green dips like spinach or avocado look great!
