Fruity Crepes with fish faces!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • Filling: 1/3 cup greek yoghurt + 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Immune Boost
  • Toppings: Banana, Peach, Blueberries

 Method:
 1. Blend the milk, eggs, honey, vanilla and flour until a smooth batter is formed.
 2. Place in the refrigerator for 30min.
 3. Heat a skillet on low heat, butter lightly and add a couple tbsp of batter while swirling the pan around until covered completely.
 4. Cook about 1 minute per side and repeat with the rest of the batter.
 5. In a small bowl, dissolve Mavella Superfoods Immune Boost into the greek 
yoghurt. Cut the fruit.
 6. Fill the crepes with the yogurt mixture and a couple slices of fruit and fold into triangles.
 7. Add the rest of the details with sliced fruit
