Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • A handful of each: blueberries & raspberries
  • 1 diced mango
  • 1 diced kiwi
  • Handful basil leaves
  • For the dressing: 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Immune Boost, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp fresh water

Method:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk all the dressing ingredients together. Set aside.
  2. Add all the chopped fruits (including the mint leaves) in a large bowl and pour in the dressing. Toss until thoroughly mixed.
