Double Probiotic Gummies

Ingredients

Mango Layer:
 • 2 tbsp gelatin powder
 • 1/2 cup water
 • 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut
 • 1 diced mango
 • 1 tsp honey
 • 1/4 cup coconut water


 Yoghurt Layer:
 • 3/4 cup plain greek yoghurt
 • 1/2 cup water
 • 1 1/2 gelatin powder
 • 1 tsp honey
 • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:
 1. For the mango layer: dissolve the gelatin in a small saucepan with hot water. Blend the diced mango, honey, coconut water, prepared gelatin and Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut.
 2. Pour the first layer into a silicon mold and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
 3. Meanwhile, prepare the yoghurt layer. Dissolve the gelatin powder in a small saucepan with hot water. Add it to a blender along with the yogurt, honey and vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
 4. Pour over the firm Kombucha Layer and put back in the refrigerator for at least an hour. You can add coconut flakes on top before it hardens.
 5. When ready, slice into cubes and enjoy
