Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (can be gluten free blend)
- 2 tsp Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 100g melted butter
- 1 cup organic sugar (or coconut sugar or erythritol)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180c. Line a baking pan with parchment paper
2. Beat the sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl until combined. Add the melted butter and mix well.
3. Sift the flour, baking powder and Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue into the bowl. Fold in until no streaks of flour remain.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips (you can save a handful to sprinkle on top).
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with the remaining
chocolate chips.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top of the brownies is set. Let cool
completely and cut into squares
