Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cups quick oats
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1/2 cup coconut flakes
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue
• Extra coconut flakes for rolling
Method:
1. Place the rolled oats, frozen blueberries, coconut flakes, honey, chia seeds, coconut oil and Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue in a food processor and process until smooth.
2. Take tbsp of the mixture and roll into balls.
3. Roll them over coconut flakes and enjoy!
