Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tsp Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- A handful of granola
- A handful of blueberries
Method:
1. Prepare the chia pudding by mixing almond milk, chia seeds, honey and Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue. Stir well and let sit for about 30 min.
2. Give it a good stir, cover and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours until the liquid is absorbed by the seeds.
3. For serving, add the yoghurt to a bowl, top with the blue pudding, granola and blueberries. Drizzle with more honey if desired
