Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown - Beetroot
- 200g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 baguette
- Garnish: more feta, herbs, sprouts, olive oil
Method:
- Slice the baguette and toast.
- Add all the ingredients except for the toppings and bread to a food processor and pulse until a creamy pink spread is formed.
- Spread on the baguette slices and garnish with crumbled feta cheese, herbs, sprouts and sprinkle with olive oil.
