Banana Loaf with Veggie Boost

Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 ripe bananas 
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 x 5g Veggie Boost sachets
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 to 3/4 rice malt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extra
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
Method
  1. Preheat oven 175° C
  2. Butter loaf pan
  3. Mash bananas until smooth.
  4. Still in melted butter
  5. Mix in baking powder, salt, rice malt, egg vanilla extra and then flour
  6. Pour contents into loan tin
  7. Bake for 1 hour
