Banana Loaf with Veggie Boost
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 x 5g Veggie Boost sachets
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 to 3/4 rice malt
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extra
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
Method
- Preheat oven 175° C
- Butter loaf pan
- Mash bananas until smooth.
- Still in melted butter
- Mix in baking powder, salt, rice malt, egg vanilla extra and then flour
- Pour contents into loan tin
- Bake for 1 hour
