Baked Oats & Yoghurt Donuts

Ingredients

 • 1 cup oat flour
 • 1/4 tsp baking soda
 • 1/4 tsp salt
 • 2 tbsp melted butter (or coconut oil)
 • 1/4 cup honey
 • 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
 • 1/4 cup milk
 • 1 egg
 • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
 • Cacao Spread (optional)


 Method:
1. Spray a donut baking pan with non stick oil.
2. Add the melted butter, honey, greek yoghurt, milk and egg to a large bowl and whisk until well combined.
3. Add the oat flour, baking soda and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost and mix thoroughly. Let sit for a couple of minutes so the oats absorb the liquids.
4. Pipe or spoon the batter into the donut mold.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the donuts are springy to the touch. 
6. Let them cool before icing (optional).
