Baked Greek Yoghurt Cake

Method:
 1. Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
 2. Beat the eggs in a bowl with the greek yoghurt. Fold in the almond flour, blueberries and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost.
 3. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan and bake for 35 min or until the centre is fully cooked.
 4. Remove from oven and cool 20 minutes before slicing
