Ingredients

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200c. Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper or oil.
  2. Using a sharp knife or a mandolin, thinly slice the potatoes.
  3. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel and place in a large bowl.
  4. Add the oil and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and toss them until covered evenly.
  5. Place the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet and place in the oven for 20 min, flipping them half way through.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 min, add seasonings and garnish if you desire.
