Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 whole ripe avocado
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost
  • 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 milk of choice
  • Toppings: Sprinkles, 1 tsp date syrup or maple syrup.

 Method:
 1. Add all the ingredients to a blender (except for the toppings) and blend until smooth.
 2. Serve and add your favorite sprinkles. Drizzle with date or maple syrup
